Spiral Hypoid Gear Set Small Module Bevel Gear With Hard Tooth Surface For 90 Degree Gearbox
The transmission principle of the 90° axis intersection angle hypoid gear is based on its unique tooth design. In this gear system, the axes of the two gears are perpendicular to each other, that is, the axis intersection angle is 90°. This design allows torque to be transmitted between two mutually perpendicular shafts, which is very important in many applications, especially where space is limited or the transmission direction needs to be changed.
The tooth surface of a hypoid gear is a complex hyperboloid shape, which allows the gear to achieve smooth power transmission and torque conversion when meshing.
